Rule 135
Settlement of Disputes Through Mediation
If a dispute arising between a public body and a construction business, consultant or service provider regarding the execution of a purchase agreement cannot be resolved by mutual agreement through the process according to Rule 129, action to resolve such dispute shall be initiated through mediation in accordance with the prevailing law.
